The Self Path is a 12 week transformative, holistic wellness program designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and lasting change. Rooted in mental, emotional, and physical well-being, this program helps you reconnect with your true self, reduce stress, and find peace and balance.

Each week, you’ll work through one module, focusing on a key area of healing and growth, such as uncovering your authentic self, healing emotional wounds, building intuition, setting boundaries, or living with purpose. With weekly journaling prompts, meditations, and practical tools, you’ll move at your own pace toward greater clarity, self-trust, and lasting transformation. And throughout the process, I’ll be here to support you and keep you on track every step of the way!

Who You’ll be Working With

Hi, I’m Taylor

I am a passionate wellness advocate and creator of The Self Path program. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health and have spent time working as a therapist, helping individuals navigate their emotional struggles, stress, and life transitions. But my journey didn’t stop there.

After working in traditional therapy, I realized I wanted to help people beyond just mental health. I began exploring how holistic wellness practices could complement the mental health work I was already doing.

Through this exploration, I have shifted into a more integrated approach to wellness, focusing on supporting others in a holistic way—helping them connect with their true selves and create lasting change from within.

Today, I no longer practice as a mental health therapist, but I’m still deeply committed to helping others heal. The Self Path is the result of my journey and combines everything I’ve learned about mental health, wellness, and self-care. The program is designed to help you overcome emotional struggles, reduce stress, and step into a life of purpose and peace.

Why I Created The Self Path

I created The Self Path because I know how hard it can be to feel disconnected from your true self. Whether it’s stress, emotional struggles, or a general sense of overwhelm, it’s easy to lose sight of who you are and what truly matters. I wanted to create a program that provides practical tools and ongoing support to help you heal on all levels—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

In The Self Path, I’ve integrated everything I’ve learned from my years as a therapist and from my personal journey with wellness so you can experience lasting transformation and live a more fulfilling, balanced life.

  • 12 Modules: Each week, you’ll work through a new module in the comprehensive program, which is designed to help you explore and heal in every area of your life: mental, emotional, and physical. The program contains exercises, self-reflection prompts, and practical tools you can apply immediately. And the best part? This program is a lifelong resource, giving you ongoing guidance even after the 12 weeks ends.

  • Two One-On-One Calls: Your journey with The Self Path begins with a one-on-one video call with me. This call is designed to help you feel confident and excited as you start your transformation! During the Welcome Call I’ll introduce you to the structure of The Self Path and show you how to navigate through the weekly modules so you can get the most out of your experience. We'll discuss your goals, any challenges you’re facing, and how to utilize the program to best meet your unique needs.

    As your journey with The Self Path comes to a close, we’ll have a one-on-one Wrap-Up Call to reflect on your progress and celebrate the growth you've experienced. During this call, we’ll review the key insights, breakthroughs, and tools you’ve gained throughout the program, and I’ll help you create a plan for maintaining your transformation moving forward. We’ll also discuss any areas where you’d like continued support and how you can apply everything you've learned in your day-to-day life. This call is designed to ensure you leave the program feeling empowered, equipped, and confident to continue living in alignment with your true self.

  • Weekly Check-in’s: You’ll receive check-in messages from me every week to help keep you on track during the program, answer any questions, and offer guidance as you progress through the program.

    Additionally, I will be available to book individual sessions as needed to dive deeper into any areas where you need extra support. These optional sessions will be available at an additional cost. This flexible approach ensures you have the help you need when you need it.
